They were amazing! 230 on a Friday and they were able to help us get our AC figured out. Their knowledgeable staff also gave me the tools and information to be able to return home (800 miles) and know what to watch for, and be mindful of. We will definitely be stopping back! Thank you to everyone in the service department!

I ended up leaving my key fob at home after stopping there quick to get something before heading to the pharmacy and never shut my car off. Once I got to Walmart I shut my car off and couldn't restart it. I called Wheelers first to see if buying a fob would work, sadly no but they drove over one of their cars for me to run back home(Jump River) to grab my keys. Absolutely amazing! Incredibly kind of them to do and not ask for anything in return. Thanks again!!

Very friendly, laid back, helpful and willing to budget with there customers, my husband and I would definitely drive back to get another new ride in the future.

A couple weeks ago I was in Medford. My check engine light was o and another and another message popped up. I stopped at Wheelers. The gal at the desk was wonderful! She said they could scan it in a few minutes. Tyler came out shortly and told me what the problem was. He lined up a loaner for me and I was all set to go. He called me the following morning and my car was ready! They were so nice. Outstanding customer service. Thank you!

Jake and Colleen were who helped us over this weekend. THEY were fantastic to work with, absolutely the best people we have ever had when getting a vehicle. Jake made everything very possible for us that day to make sure we were taking the truck home as we drove over 3 hours to look at the truck! As the original truck we were going to look at was already sold but not updated on the website, we went to look at our other option and fell in love with that one anyways! They were both very friendly and very welcoming. I didn’t feel like a “buyer” with them and they were easily personable! They helped problem-solve every little thing for us. Jake’s attitude and personality alone made it worth the very far trip we took! I wish there were more people like them to ease the stress and make the environment so welcoming and friendly.

Unexpectedly bought a brand new Duramax from wheelers! They went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of and things went smoothly! Be back for business again!

Had a bad fuel pump in my car they squeezed me in gave me an estimate and got me back on the road in no time!! Excellent service.

We just purchased a 2024 Chevy Traverse. The staff at Wheeler Chevrolet was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I especially appreciated the staff demonstrating the accessories and options available.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, all of the staff. Our purchase was handled by Carson and Cal. Any questions they did not have at hand, they used the GM resources and we learned from that too. We are so glad we decided to "go local", so we can get to know and work with these people close to home.

I was very satisfied with the service.

I was underwhelmed with the attitude of the service specialist I dealt with and the detailing job performed on my vehicle (visible dirt remained). I chose this location based on convenience but I will go out of my way next time for better service.

The staff at the Abbotsford dealership are top notch. They cater to me and make me feel like I'm at home and are always letting me know what's going on every step of the way.

Today I purchased a Traverse. Carson was super fast and really friendly to work with. There also was a lady who cleaned the car, went over every single feature it had and showed me how to work it. She also helped me set up the WiFi and Onstar! I am 100 percent completely satisfied and will recommend Wheelers in Medford to all my family and friends. Heather is great to work with in the service department. Kim in the service department is rude and will not work with your work schedule. I travel with work and had a hard time getting my truck in for service. Kim gave me no options and ended up missing the appointment. Heather let me use a loaner car and my truck was able to be serviced before the warranty deadline.

The people in Abbotsford, from sales, service, and the counter personnel are kind, funny, knowledgeable, and professional. Could not ask for better care.

I’m completely happy with the service I get at Wheelers. However I don’t like all the emails I get trying to get in to buy something. And it seems ever time I go there for something I get a survey asking how they did. No news is good news, if they do a poor job I will let them know and they will get one more chance before I go elsewhere. With that being said if you continue to send me these surveys I will also find some place else to do business!

They were so kind to me when I called an asked questions about my car it had to get towed their but What can you do. They listened to what I had to say and even the mechanic came in and talked to me about what was going on and he figured it out right away. Butch the mechanic who works at wheelers in Medford wi is the best mechanic I have ever had he is hands down the best ever!!!!
