Automotive Product Specialist Job Role: To assist our guests in the search of the best vehicle to match their individual lifestyles. Sell automobiles by understanding and demonstrating the characteristics, capabilities and features of the vehicles allowing for the guest to make their best buying decision.

Showroom Receptionist/Greeter

Serves as a front-line representative for the dealership. Greets customers as they enter the showroom, answers basic inquiries, and directs them to the appropriate party.

BDC, Customer Care Rep/Call Center

The Customer/BDC Service works with our sale departments to schedule appointments and build awareness of product offerings to our customers. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment

Title Clerk / Loan Processor

Title Clerk/Loan Processors research and verify documentation that accompanies any legal transfer of a motor vehicle. Thorough inspection and verification of financing paperwork is required. Verification of costs for the accounting department, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons. Duties include processing all vehicles for registration, as well as ensuring legal state regulations regarding paperwork/forms are current and followed. Title clerks interact directly with clients or other personnel to clear title issues and answer questions, so good communication skills are important. Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, good verbal and written skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google, as well as multitasking abilities are necessary. Previous customer service is preferred, but not required.

Auto Body Technician

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for repairing all assigned vehicles. Damaged vehicles should be restored to pre-accident condition, following the written repair order and operational excellence processes. The Body Technician plays a key role in delivering on promise of speed, quality and customer satisfaction.

Body Shop Manager

The Body Shop Manager develops business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume. Provides a reasonable department operating profit, and maintains customer satisfaction standards while controlling expenses. Directs the activities of body shop employees in performing body repairs, including meeting time schedules and productivity levels and maintaining quality standards.

Body Shop Estimator

The Body Shop Estimator inspects damaged vehicles, prepares estimate records, forwards reports to insurance companies, consults guide books for repair costs, and determines what should be charged for repair work.

Automotive Detailer

The Automotive Detailer is responsible for thoroughly vacuuming, scrubbing, and washing all vehicles for the dealership. The Vehicle Detailer will apply appropriate cleaning and preservation agents to revitalize and restore vehicle appearance. This includes cleaning the engine and compartment with steam-cleaning equipment, as well as applying spot and stain resistant chemicals to fabric and leather surfaces.
The Automotive Detailer maintains showroom and stock vehicles’ appearance.
Physical stamina is necessary for this position, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Automotive Service Technician

The ideal automotive technician will have knowledge of electrical systems and electronic components of vehicles including a working knowledge of vehicle diagnostics. Some computer skills required.
