- AT4: Premium off-road with a 2-inch factory lift, 34-inch all-terrain tires, and Super Cruise standard.
- AT4X: The top off-roader. Duramax diesel standard, 35-inch tires, front and rear locking differentials, and a new Baja drive mode for high-speed desert running.
- Denali: Chrome grille, Denali Premium Suspension, real wood trim, and Super Cruise standard.
